I'm based in East Dulwich (SE22), so Dulwich and the surrounding areas including Nunhead, Camberwell, Wood Vale, Forest Hill, Honor Oak Park, Herne Hill and Brixton. For larger projects or clients further afield, I'm happy to discuss options. Get in touch to check if your area is covered, or book a free consultation to chat through your needs.
It depends on the project. A wardrobe overhaul or small bedroom might take a half-day (4 hours), while a larger room, kitchen, or multiple areas usually need a full day (8 hours) or sometimes two. During your free consultation, I'll get a sense of what you're working with and give you a realistic timeline so you know what to expect.
Yes, I recommend being there, especially for the first session. Your input is important - you know what matters to you, what you actually use, and what brings you joy. That said, if you'd prefer to step back and let me get on with it, we can discuss that too. It's your home, and we'll work in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
Nothing goes to waste if I can help it. Pre-loved clothes and items in good condition are donated to local charities, or I take them away to sell on eBay or Vinted for you. Anything that can be recycled is recycled responsibly. For larger items or bulk waste, I arrange proper removal so everything is handled ethically.
Both. Some people just need help kickstarting a project or tackling one big area, and that's fine. Others prefer ongoing support—a monthly or quarterly session to maintain systems and keep things on track. Whatever works for your life, we can make it happen. We can discuss what suits you best during your consultation or when the initial project is complete.
I draw on proven decluttering approaches but tailor everything to you and how your brain works. Whether that's keeping items that spark joy, focusing on what you actually use, or a mix of strategies - we work at your pace and in your way. This isn't about following a rigid system; it's about creating a home that feels calm and works for your lifestyle.
Decluttering is deeply personal, and I get it - there can be guilt, memories, or worry attached to things. But I've worked with many people, and I'm completely non-judgmental. Your feelings matter. We work at your pace, take breaks when you need to, and stop if something feels overwhelming. This is a judgment-free zone. Privacy is paramount too - what we do in your home stays between us.
Absolutely. Whether your home is a little cluttered or significantly so, I work with sensitivity and without judgment. I've helped people at every level, and I understand that clutter often comes with emotion and complexity. We take it one step at a time, at whatever pace feels right for you. If you're worried about this, let's talk - book a free consultation and we can discuss your specific situation.
Your privacy and safety are my top priorities. All client information is completely confidential - I never share details, photos, or information about our work together without your explicit permission. You can trust that your home and personal life are in safe hands.
Yes. If you're selling your home, I can declutter, organise, and present it to showcase its best features and appeal to buyers. A clean, well-organised home often sells faster and for better prices. This is a great way to declutter while achieving real results.
